Job description:
o Person is responsible for the local “Digital Data Analytics Strategy”
o It is needed to ensure that he/she always collects and evaluates relevant data and derive recommendations for action to achieve our overarching corporate goal
o Work with subject matter experts (CRM, e-commerce, loyalty, paid media, data intelligence, customer experience, etc.) to design cross-departmental analytics & KPI frameworks, tracking concepts, as well as reports and dashboards and take care of ongoing optimization and standardization
o Work closely with international stakeholders on the technical development of our tag management and web analytics setup, take over the design and implementation of data layers for the German market and ensure that all measures are GDPR-compliant
o Advise and support us in a variety of cross-functional projects to expand the global measurement framework and adapt it to local market activitiy
o Generate reliable use cases to optimize our digital customer journeys, based on meaningful, statistical analyzes of on-site, CRM, customer, and other company data

o Collaborate with the data analysts and data engineers to maintain data quality and integrity.
o Supporting the implementation of Self-Service BI using all the workloads under Power BI ecosystem.
o Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in data visualization and reporting.
o Develop and maintain documentation related to Power BI solutions, including data models, queries and report specifications.
o Providing training and support to business stakeholders on using Power BI to analyze and visualize data.
o Communicate and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Your profile:
o You have at least 1-3 years of experience working in a similar role
o You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
o You are familiar with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
o You have a champions mindset, proactive, collaborative, have experience with stakeholder management and thrive in a digital workplace.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
o You demonstrate flexibility and ability to accept change as part of an overall dynamic environment.
